1. Returns

1.1 We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued members and customers. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1.2 Please note that returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer-service@jozixtraining.co.za within the specified 14-day period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

1.4 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1.5 If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

2. Exchanges

2.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.2 If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the full purchase amount.

3. Membership Fees and Merchandise

3.1 Membership fees and merchandise purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure that you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective/damaged item.

5.1 This policy is designed to comply with South African consumer protection laws. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable laws, the relevant legal requirements will prevail.
